She feels like things are going well for a moment only to fall apart later. Here, we can see the contrast between the lyrics “you kiss me and it stops time” and “you’re not there.” She is confused about her relationship with Harry. When she is with him, she feels like time is moving too fast. But when she is not with him, she knows that she is in love with him and he is planning to abandon her.
