“FE!N” lyrics begin with Travis Scott and Sheck Wes coming together in an intro that urges their lovers to hang out with them on a particular night. The rappers tell their lovers to find their own light and enjoy the party in their own comfort. Right after, Playboi Carti, Sheck Wes & Travis Scott join together in the chorus where they repeat one word, “Fiend,” 74 times in total throughout the song. This repetition is a warning to their lovers that they are not to be trusted as they are devils and have evil spirits. Despite the warning, they are attracted to the rappers. It highlights how people love taking risks when it comes to romantic relationships.

In the first verse, Travis Scott and Sheck Wes talk about their successful career followed by fame. Travis realizes that a career is the most vulnerable when you are in your prime because you simply cannot make bad decisions. Then, he repeats the word “Homixide” a total of 21 times in the lyrics which is a different way of saying “Homicide.” When he is high off these harmful addictive substances, Playboi Carti feels powerful and gets violent thoughts of indulging in homicide.
